Front Desk Executive
About This Role
Serve as the face of Vikrama Heritage, welcoming guests with warmth and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences. You will manage reservations, handle guest queries, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams, and maintain the front desk operations with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a 3-star or above hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
• Proficiency in hotel PMS software (Opera / IDS)
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
